Common questions
Ask a questionWill we lose emails or experience downtime during the switch?
I copy available data ahead of time and agree a switchover time with you. Provider limits and expected disruption are reviewed before work starts, and the agreed data is checked after the move.
Should our business choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
The best fit depends on your applications and working habits. Microsoft 365 may suit teams using desktop Office and Outlook; Google Workspace may suit teams that work mainly in a browser. I help compare licensing, collaboration, and migration requirements.
How do you charge for cloud migrations?
The quote depends on mailbox count, data volume, the current provider, device setup, and handover needs. Software subscriptions and any migration tools are identified separately before you approve the work.
What happens if someone cannot find an old email or file after the move?
I agree a source-data retention and verification plan with you before the switchover. If something appears to be missing, I investigate the source, migration reports, permissions, and mailbox or folder view.
Describe your email or cloud project.
Provider limits are checked first; subscriptions and migration tools are quoted separately.
